Refund Policy

Section 1 - Refund

As Sea Chains is a sustainable moving art business there will be no refunds offered. Each piece has been created especially for the purchaser and should be treasured as an art piece. 

Section 2- Alterations

Sea Chains will alter pieces at a charge. You must pay for shipping (both ways) and time/cost of alteration. 

Section 3 - Exchanges

Sea Chains offers exchanges on most pieces. Contact via email or on Instagram to organise. The customer must pay for shipping both ways. 

Section 4 - Repairs

If you do have a little break and need a repair let us know. Sea Chains may charge for cost of repair and shipping. If your piece does break in the first 7 days please let us know. The break will be assessed. Repair and shipping costs may be free depending on fault.
